1st week of work

Ava went to her 1st week of daycare this week as mommy and daddy returned to work.  I cried the first day as Ava just smiled and did wonderful with all the staff and kids as always.  I love picking her up daily and sneaking in to see what she is doing.  Some days she is being held by a staff member and talking away, other days she is down with the kids and staff playing and really checking out all the other babies.  Ava will finish out the month at Little Critter's, then she will attend Guardian Angel Daycare at daddy's work, we were so excited that a spot opened up for her there.
Ava and I headed out yesterday to attend Lisa's baby shower.  She loved playing with all the little girls who were talking to her.  Lisa looks great, we are all excited for their new addition!
This weekend, we are trying to clean the house, before the long week ahead.  Thankfully, Beth will be coming in this week to help with Ava while mom is at back to school night and dad at soccer game and other school activities.  Hopefully everything will fall into place and be ready to go for this weekend.  Thank you grandma Beth for coming in early to help out.  We are all looking forward to having Beth, Bob, Zoe, Rob, Sarah, Kennedy, Eva, Meg and Bob here next weekend for Ava's baptism.
